INCIDENTAL RATES
Deposit Requirement
A deposit in the amount of $60 is due within 10 days of making your
reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to arrival receive a full refund
less $35.
Cancellations made 28 days or less prior to arrival results in a
forfeiture of deposit.
Security Deposits (monthly only)
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon arrival.
The security deposit will be returned 10 days after departure unless
damage has occurred. If you are a returning guest the deposit will
be $100.
Phone Policy
Added charge of $2.00/day or $35/mo. "Free local calls" You
can make 800 calls or use a calling card for long distance service.
Heating Surcharge
A surcharge of $40, $50, & $60 per month
